FAQ

What can I order?

Choose a personal prayer (€2.99), seven days of prayer (€9.99) or an oil lamp (€1.99). An individually written prayer is also available as a PDF (€5.99) or audio (€7.99). Every option is a one-time purchase, with no subscription.

How do I order?

Choose a service, select a prayer theme or write your own intention, then go straight to checkout. No customer account is needed.

What is the difference between a personal prayer and seven days of prayer?

For a personal prayer, the monks pray for your intention once. With seven days of prayer, they include your intention in their prayers every day. Prayer begins within 24 hours, and you receive confirmation by email.

Who lights the oil lamp, and where?

The monks at Sewla Monastery in Bhutan light the oil lamp for you or someone you love. You receive confirmation by email. The light stays there; neither an oil lamp nor a photo is sent.

How will I receive my PDF or audio?

You receive an individually written prayer by email within 24 hours. The PDF is a digital document. The audio uses an AI-generated voice, rather than a recording of a human speaker. No physical item is shipped.

Can I order for someone else?

Yes. Tell us who the monks should light the oil lamp or pray for when ordering. Confirmation and digital content are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every option is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal or recurring payment.

Do I need to be religious?

No. Your intention is welcome, whatever your beliefs or outlook. What matters is what is on your heart.
