Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform Anastasia Stancke of your decision by an unequivocal statement using the contact details in the legal notice (Impressum) or the contact form on PayForPray.world. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We normally use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special information about services

For services such as personal prayers, seven-day prayer services and candle lighting, the right of withdrawal does not expire merely because work has begun. For a paid service, it may expire once the service has been fully performed if the statutory requirements are met, including the consumer's express consent to starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledgment that the right is lost upon full performance. Where legally applicable, a consumer who expressly requested an early start may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided when withdrawing.

Special information about digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (PDF and audio), the right of withdrawal may expire once performance begins only if the consumer has expressly agreed to performance before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right, and received the legally required contract confirmation. Otherwise, the statutory withdrawal right remains in place.
