Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Special Notes — Digital Content
Expiration of the right of withdrawal for digital content (PDF, audio):
The right of withdrawal for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium also expires if the entrepreneur has begun with the performance of the contract after the consumer
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal by his consent with the beginning of the performance of the contract.
Special Notes — Prayer Services
Expiration of the right of withdrawal for services already rendered:
In the case of a service contract, the right of withdrawal expires if the entrepreneur has completely rendered the service and has only begun with the performance of the service after the consumer has given his express consent to this and has simultaneously confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
Since prayer services are of a highly personal nature and the provider begins rendering the service immediately upon receipt of the order, the following applies: with the start of the first prayer — which you will be informed of by email — the right of withdrawal for the prayer service has expired.
