- Payment data (processed directly via Shopify / payment provider — we do not store credit card data)

- Creation and delivery of your personal prayer
- Communication within the scope of your order (confirmations, completion emails)
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., accounting)
We do not use your data for advertising purposes and do not pass it on to third parties.
5. Your Personal Request — Special Protection
Your request is often very personal and sensitive. We treat this information with the utmost care:
- Your request will be used exclusively for the creation of your prayer
- It will not be stored once the prayer is completed
- No one other than the praying person has access to it
- We do not discuss your request with anyone

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation).
7. Storage Period
We store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention periods exist (e.g., 7 years for tax documents according to § 147 AO).
8. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your data will generally not be passed on to third parties, except:
- Shopify Inc. — as an e-commerce platform and payment processor (Privacy Policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy)
- Legal obligation — if we are legally obliged to do so

Our website exclusively uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
